On the surface, anxiety, pain, and performance are seemingly disparate problems, but diving deeper we see they share a disruption of the connection between mind and body.

We utilize and teach clients evidenced-based practices, like psychotherapy, CBT, ERP, and others to restore harmony to their system and to reach homeostasis.

Achieve

We all have a life to live and it shouldn’t just be spent in therapy. Our job is to help clients discover sustainable, practical, effective, and enjoyable habits, routines, and strategies that help them achieve their goals.

We provide ongoing support via individual telehealth, or in-person consultation. We also facilitate support through groups programming, workshops, and courses.

About Dr. Ryan Pearce

Using an evidence-based approach, I help clients identify thought and behavioral trends negatively impacting their ability to achieve their personal and professional goals. My job is to help my clients alter the tenor of their thoughts and the tendency of their behaviors with sustainable, practical, and effective strategies, routines and habits. Some may find me more directive than other psychologists. I will challenge you and provide transparent feedback to you when I think it is necessary, helpful, and constructive. I do not want you to waste your money or time, and I want you to notice your improvements throughout this process.
